BlaBlaCar is an app to share transport in order for the trip to be more eco-friendly. BlaBlaCar has buses and also has users with cars or vans that are willing to car pool in order to reduce pollution per person.
- How does it work?
You create an account and pay for transports from other drivers, or you become the driver and take people wherever they need to go.
- Who can use it?
Anyone can use BlaBlaCar, assuming they are over 18 years of age. BlaBlaCar makes it so that everyone can have transport services near them to any places they would want to go to. For example the most common transports from Barcelona are to Girona, Lleida, Tarragona, Valencia and Madrid.
All in all BlaBlaCar is a very cool app for eco-friendly travelling and also to socialize while doing so.
I think BlaBlaCar and apps like it will become very popular in the future with the spread of environmental awareness and self-driving cars. So if you're trying BlaBlaCar in order to make money then you have a pretty decent chance of doing so in the future.
